As the consultant you are responsible for the process – it is important to note, that it is almost impossible for you to control the outcome. You and your client are embarking on an exciting journey together. During this journey, knowledge will be transferred between both parties - the client and the consultant. You will also hold your 1st Strategic Planning Session.
