【課程背景】
隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和現(xiàn)代科技的迅猛發(fā)展,國際貿(mào)易、國際投資和商務(wù)活動(dòng)日益頻繁,跨文化溝通在工作中的作用也越來越重要。來自不同文化背景的人們在文化取向、價(jià)值觀念、社會(huì)規(guī)范和生活方式等方面的差異,往往會(huì)導(dǎo)致跨文化溝通過程中文化沖突的產(chǎn)生。因此,認(rèn)識跨文化商務(wù)溝通的過程,解決和避免這一過程中所遇到的沖突和障礙是當(dāng)前現(xiàn)實(shí)的迫切需要。本課程以情景案例教學(xué)為特點(diǎn),深入淺出,通過對中西方文化的對比和分析,拓展學(xué)習(xí)者了解工作場所的文化多樣性,促進(jìn)其跨文化交流能力。

Cross-cultural Communication Skills Training
【Course introduction】? ?
In the era of globalization, modern technologies enable more frequent international trades, investments and business activities. The role of intercultural communication is becoming more and more important in the workplace where gathers people from different backgrounds. The differences in cultural orientation, values, social norms and lifestyles often lead to cultural misunderstandings or even conflicts. Therefore, understanding intercultural business communication and resolving and avoiding conflicts is a pressing need of many international enterprises. This course features case studies and real-life applications that provide insight of cultural diversity in the workplace, promote their intercultural communication skills through comparison and analysis of Chinese and Western cultures.
